1. Please do not wear it when dyeing or perming your hair, taking a bath or soaking in a hot spring
   Keep them Dry: Take them off before showering, swimming or exercising or hair coloring and perm curling
2. After wearing it, take it off and wipe it gently with the cloth provided with the product.
   Treat your Jewelry pieces to an occasional gentle cleansing with a soft cloth and non-abrasive jewelry wash.
3. When not wearing it, store it in the included ziplock bag. Avoid oxidation and protect each piece of light jewelry from colliding with each other and getting damaged
   For storage, kindly put your jewelry in seprate zip bags to prevent oxidation and collison.
4. Light jewelry is fragile. Avoid external collision, squeezing, or pulling to prevent the diamonds and pearls from being worn, falling off, or breaking.

What Is Covered And How Long Coverage Lasts

LLC d/b/a Gouts et Couleur (“Ms. Blessing Jewelry collection”) warrants your jewelry purchased directly from Gouts et Couleur retail locations or our website (the “Products”) to be free from manufacturing defects (material and/or workmanship) for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, subject to the limitations set forth in this warranty.
Gouts et Couleur ("MS. Blessings Jewelry collection") warrants jewelry products purchased from a Gouts et Couleur retail store or our website to be free from manufacturing defects (materials and/or workmanship) for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, subject to the limitations set forth in this warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty doesn't cover any problem caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accident, theft, alteration, unauthorized repair(third party), or improper use, cleaning, or storage. Consequential, indirect, special, punitive, and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty, including, but not limited to, any loss of use. What You Must Do

Gouts et Couleurs will provide warranty coverage if your warranty claim complies with all terms of this warranty and you follow the return procedure below. If a manufacturing defect is found, Gouts et Couleurs should be notified promptly by email ( getcsasia@gmail.com ). You may also be required to submit digital images of the defects. Inspection by a Gouts et Couleurs employee or representative may be necessary to verify that a manufacturing defect exists. Shipping and handling fees will be covered for customers based in the Taiwan only. Upon inspection, if the damage is deemed outside of a manufacturing defect, we'll always let you know the price of a repair, if available, before beginning any work on the jewelry.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered, Gouts et Couleurs must be notified immediately by e-mail (getcsasia@gmail.com). You will be asked to submit photos of the defect. Gouts et Couleurs employees or representatives may need to carry out inspections to verify the presence of manufacturing defects. Free shipping and free handling fee are only applicable to customers in Taiwan. If, upon inspection, the damage is deemed not to be a manufacturing defect, we will notify you of the price of the repair before we begin the repair (which will only begin after you agree).

What Gouts and Couleurs Will Do

If replacement is required in accordance with this warranty and the defective Product has been discontinued or is unavailable, Gouts et Couleurs reserves the right to select and supply similar Product or offer full credit for the Product; otherwise the same Product will be supplied for replacement.

This warranty is limited to Gouts et Couleurs repairing or replacing, by exchange, at Gouts et Couleurs’ sole and absolute discretion, the product which, upon inspection by Gouts et Couleurs, is defective as it was when shipped from the factory. Gouts et Couleurs will refund the purchase price of the product or replace it with a new one depending on the circumstances at the time. If a replacement is required under this warranty and the defective product is no longer manufactured or available, Gouts et Couleurs reserves the right to select and supply a similar product or provide a full refund for the product; otherwise an identical product will be supplied as a replacement.

How Taiwan Law Relates To This Warranty

This warranty is governed by Taiwan law without regard to conflicts of law principles. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS GIVEN AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR TRADE USAGE, AND THE REMEDIES OF THE BUYER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THOSE PROVIDED HEREIN. The total cumulative liability to Gouts et Couleurs, from all causes of action and all theories of liability, will be limited to and will not exceed the purchase price of the Product paid by you.

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
